Prince Malik Ado-Ibrahim is a globally recognized business leader, innovator, and statesman at the forefront of Africa's sustainable energy, infrastructure, and technology transformation. As the founder and chairman of Nigus International Limited, he has been the visionary driving force behind the company's growth both within Nigeria and on the global stage.

A multi-sector pioneer, Prince Malik's business influence spans renewable energy, electric mobility, infrastructure finance, and AI-powered national development. He made history as the first black owner of a Formula 1 team (Arrows F1), demonstrating his global reach. In 2007, he was appointed as the first Undersecretary General of the Intergovernmental Renewable Energy Organization (IREO) at the United Nations.

He actively champions the global adoption of renewable policies and advises governments on smart grid integration. Prince Malik is also Co-Chair of L'Etoile Afrique, an NGO dedicated to the preservation of the Congo Basin.

Eren is an accomplished businessman with two decades of professional experience across multiple industries. Over the course of his career, he has successfully exited several startups, demonstrating strong entrepreneurial judgment and an ability to scale ventures from inception to maturity. His background includes long-standing executive roles within leading blue-chip companies, where he contributed to strategic growth, operational excellence, and organizational transformation. Eren is recognized for his disciplined leadership style, analytical decision-making, and consistent delivery of results in highly competitive markets. Beyond his corporate achievements, he has been actively involved in philanthropy and numerous social initiatives, with a particular focus on promoting gender equality and expanding opportunities for underrepresented groups. His commitment to social impact reflects a broader vision of responsible business leadership that integrates profitability with societal benefit. Eren frequently collaborates with NGOs, educational programs, and community organizations to advance sustainable development goals. He is also known for mentoring young entrepreneurs, offering guidance on innovation, strategic planning, and long-term value creation. Prince Azad Ado-Ibrahim serves as the Executive Director and Head of the Technical Division. A holder of multiple technical engineering certificates, he served five years in the United States Marine Corps as an Aviation Technician and Maintenance Controller, receiving multiple commendations.

Transitioning to the private sector in 2014, he initially focused on media broadcasting rights before shifting his focus to military and defense asset procurement. He designed a Nigerian version of the MRE (Meals Ready-to-Eat) for the armed forces.

Currently, he leads the technical implementation for the company's renewable energy projects, including multiple 100-megawatt solar farms and the solar energy hub being developed in Adamawa State.

Since 2001, Bülent has been offering his deep technical and managerial expertise to support complex digital transformation initiatives across diverse industries. With a solid background in technology and business management, he has held key roles in telecom, banking, and insurance, where he consistently delivered large-scale, mission-critical solutions. Over the years, he has built a strong reputation for architecting robust digital ecosystems, modernizing legacy infrastructures, and enabling data-driven decision-making at the enterprise level. Bülent also possesses extensive experience in SaaS development and contextual services, having led multiple end-to-end product lifecycles from concept to deployment. As a Chief Technical Officer, he combines strategic vision with hands-on technical leadership, ensuring that engineering teams operate with precision, innovation, and long-term scalability in mind. His technical portfolio includes advanced work in cloud architectures, AI-powered platforms, IoT systems, and enterprise workflow automation. In addition to his engineering leadership, Bülent is deeply committed to operational excellence, championing best practices in cybersecurity, DevOps, and continuous delivery. He is known for his ability to bridge business needs with technological capabilities, translating complex requirements into actionable, high-impact solutions.
